Membership Types

As members of the Ed-Tech Collaboratory, you have the option of signing up for a Core, Collaborator, or Contributor membership. Annual fees for ETC Participation as of July 1, 2026 are $50,000 per year for all the Participation Levels - Core, Collaborator, and Contributor.

State agency responsible for K12 data collection systems and standards.
Statewide entity, endorsed by K12 agency, who plays a key role in collecting or connecting P-W data with K12 data.
Non-profit or quasi-governmental entity that enables P-W data systems and data use and has subject matter expertise to support ETC in innovating.

Membership Requirements

• Demonstrate a track record of engaging in innovation

• Committed to developing data systems and software using open standards

• Willing to implement data standards with fidelity

• Intend to participate in or contribute to one of more shared software development efforts

Members demonstrate they meet these requirements in membership application and affirm their commitment in the membership agreement.
