ETC Vendor Assessment Integration Playbook

The ETC Assessment Integration Playbook defines the standard for integrating assessment data into Ed-Fi-based ecosystems across participating states. A native Ed-Fi assessment integration is one that publishes a complete, hierarchically accurate, subject-safe, and governance-aligned representation of an assessment without requiring custom downstream reconstruction, score parsing, or vendor-specific transformation logic. This is not guidance. It is the expected model for implementation, procurement, and certification.
